I have been sick, so I havent been posting like I am supposed to. I still have bronchitis .... it doesnt want to go away. I am proud of myself though..... the other night my parents stopped at Taco Bell and tried to talk me into having something... it didnt work........ I went to bed hungry.
Today I had a poptart for breakfast and for dinner it will be Ramon noodles (they are high sodium, but cheap and fast). I am setting my goal for starting Monday working out again at the gym. I was doing better with Coke, but I relapsed for a minute.

Still NO fast food for me.....
