Looks like I got Thom to join me on the choose to lose. It will be good to have a partner.

This is us trying to lose weight and get healthy. So I'm putting this out there to my friends and co-workers. Fast Food Anonymous. No more fast food. I decided that I needed to get healthy and what better way to succeed than to convince my co-workers and friends to join me. So let me know how you are doing on your journey to healthiness.
