Some Good healthy Options
So I've found some good healthy options for us in our trek to have smaller butts.
To ease the taco bell urge I found these low fat frozen burritos. To be honest they are pretty freaking good. I've only tried the low fat beans, cheese & rice burrito but I have the chicken one that I will try in the next few days. You can find these in the frozen food section of the healthy food. They are yum.

If you need a dessert you can always have angelfood cake. It is fat free and yummy. Get some frozen berries, and fat free cool whip to go on top and it's freaking fabu!
Good luck kids!

Update
Well it's been a few but I've been doing really well. So far I'm down 9 pounds. 9 pounds have been left on the floor at the gym. I've been eating right and exercising 2-3 times a week for an hour each time. I know I could be working out more than that but for now that's all good. No need to get all crazy. :) So 9 pounds in 22 days. So I'm losing about a half a pound a day. That's not bad. I've decided that I'm not going to buy clothes until my birthday, that will by my present to myself and hopefully a smaller present. So it's 45 days until my birthday if I keep this up that will be another 20 pounds. Now being a reasonable person I realize that 20 pounds is a lot and at some point I will plateau so I'm not going to be disappointed if I don't make that goal. I will however be disappointed if I don't make 15 pounds by then. So here's to hoping I'm smoking hot for my birthday!!

NO I did not forget.... I have just been super busy.....
I have been doing very good at making myself eat 4-6 times a day. I feel full all of the time.
I have also been pretty good about not eating out at work and I have done great with no fast food.
Today I had scrambled eggs for breakfast with a couple small pieces of bacon (just because I have to get it out of my house), toast and orange-pineapple juice.

Lunch/Dinner;
Lean Cuisine lemon pecan chicken and lima beans

Day 6 Friday
I ordered a new scale, it's one of those body fat percentage scales and it came yesterday. Well it's probably a good thing I went to the gym yesterday and today. That made me feel even worse about myself let me tell you. It's one thing to know you are fat, but it's another thing to see it right there in front of your face in blinking numbers how much of your body is actually made up of fat. Soooooo I need to fix this. I need to keep off my arse as much as possible.
Breakfast
carnation breakfast essentials 220 calories/5 calories from fat. Tried the vanilla one today. I can't tell whether or not I like it. It's like a weird version of a mcdonalds shake only not frozen. Hey everyone, just checkin' in.
I haven't been doing very well with keeping track of what I am eating. I am trying to incorporate more fruits and veggies in my diet. What I really wanted to do was up my activity level, because now it is hovering near non existant. I really want to start walking on the treadmill at work, but six months ago I effed up my foot and it still hurts to walk on it. I did go to my doctor today, but ran into a little (major) insurance snafu. Once I get that settled, I can get my foot feeling better and plan to hit the ground running so to speak.

Day 5 Thursday.
Well I went to the gym we'll see how my knee feels later, I'm betting not so great but that's ok. I don't really want to go to the doctor just yet because he's going to tell me that hey you are fat that's why your knees suck so bad. So I want to try and lose some weight and see if that helps and if not then I'll go to the doctor, by then they should be nice and screwed up. :) Well today I did 23 minutes on the elliptical. I went for 1.51 miles. 20 minutes was straight up workout and 3 minutes of cool down period. Just from a personal note I hate that cool down period, I signed up for 20 minutes of working out not 25. Stupid machine trying to get me more fit than I want to be so my own personal hmmph to the machine was getting off after 3 minutes of cool down. :) After the elliptical I worked on the machines for 30-35 minutes. I better be smokin' hot when this is all over.

Day 3 (it's gonna be the death of me)
So I went and worked out this morning with Andrea. I did 1.1 miles on the elliptical in 15 minutes. Not great but for the first time in 2 years 15 minutes is pretty darn good on the elliptical machine. Then we did arms and I did inner and outer thigh whatever that may be called. I call the machines the yes no machine. I don't know their technical terms but I know that I'm in some pain right about now. haaaaaa. So we worked out for 45 minutes or so total.
Breakfast
carnation instant breakfast 220 calories/10 calories from fat
Water at the gym
Lunch
kiwi 46 calories and 0 calories from fat
Ham sandwich

2 cups of veggies 50 calories/0 calories from fat
Dinner
New England Crab Soup 80 calories/5 calories from fat
So far my totals for the day are 946 calories and 75 calories from fat.
That leaves me with 809 calories & 276 calories from fat left to go. Looks like I might be able to go to b-dubs and have some naked tenders after all. :)
Well no work out is planned for tomorrow we are going to work out on Thursday and Friday then get ourselves on a M,W,F plan.

More interesting reading
On trying to find something that I could drink tonight that wouldn't push me over the edge I ran across this information. It seems that alcohol doesn't make you fatter what it does is stop your body from using stored fat as energy and uses the burned alcohol (acetate) as energy instead. So when you drink it stops your body from using the energy supplies you have on hand and instead uses the acetate as energy. This is a problem because I want to burn my fat and not the acetate. So now I need to decide what is more important getting rid of my fat ass or going out for a drink with the girls to b-dubs tonight. Why can't obese be in? I'd be totally cool right now.
Here is one of the websites that you can read that information on.
