Day 5 Thursday.

Well I went to the gym we'll see how my knee feels later, I'm betting not so great but that's ok. I don't really want to go to the doctor just yet because he's going to tell me that hey you are fat that's why your knees suck so bad. So I want to try and lose some weight and see if that helps and if not then I'll go to the doctor, by then they should be nice and screwed up. :) Well today I did 23 minutes on the elliptical. I went for 1.51 miles. 20 minutes was straight up workout and 3 minutes of cool down period. Just from a personal note I hate that cool down period, I signed up for 20 minutes of working out not 25. Stupid machine trying to get me more fit than I want to be so my own personal hmmph to the machine was getting off after 3 minutes of cool down. :) After the elliptical I worked on the machines for 30-35 minutes. I better be smokin' hot when this is all over.


Breakfast
Carnation instant breakfast 220 calories and 10 calories from fat


Lunch
roasted chicken breast sub from subway 650 calories 80 calories from fat.


snack

Kashi bar 120 calories/30 calories from fat

Dinner

Lean cuisine swedish meatballs 310 calories and 70 calories from fat

I did break down and have a coke at one point I was stressin a bit. 240 calories/0 calories from fat

Well this seems to be my biggest calorie day so far at 1540 and 190 calories from fat. Good thing I worked out and that I'm going to work out tomorrow as well. Tomorrow no subway sticking to my failsafe ham sandwich.
