Day 2 all over again....

Breakfast

Lunch Ham Sandwich

2 kashi bars 240c/60fc

Dinner

I know I should be drinking water but I finished the one I brought with me into work and my other ones are out in my car and are frozen. So tomorrow I will bring in 2 waters with me. Oh and tomorrow I start working out with Andrea. I'm kinda scared about that. Here's to hoping I don't end up needing knee surgery after working out since I can barely walk up the stairs as it is without going ouch, ouch, ouch. My knees suck, it's genetic. Ok back to the totals for today lets find out how much more I need to eat....1075 calories so far and 135 calories from fat so far. Getting to 1755 is pretty freaking hard I'm stuffed. Maybe tonight I'll have a snack. I didn't last night but I'll try to do that tonight.

I had a snack of a grapple 80c/0fc and 1 cup of low fat cottage cheese 180/40. This brings my total up to 1335 calories and 175 calories from fat. I didn't reach my calorie goal but I did awesome with my calories from fat. I still had 420 calories to go and I was 175 under my limit for calories from fat.
