Day 1 All Over Again

Well no exercise today but I think I'm going to fix that tomorrow. Supposed to start working out. I'm back on Choose to Lose so that means 1750 calories and 351 fat calories a day. So far today I've had:

Breakfast Raisin & Spice Oatmeal 300c/40fc

Lunch Ham Sandwich
3 slices of ham 105c/30fc
honey mustard 10c/0fc
bread 160c/20fc

hot cocoa 150c/25fc

pancakes 150c/15fc
butter 30 c/0 fc
syrup 210 c/0fc

grapple 80c/0fc

That's 1045 calories and 130 calories from fat. I still technically need to eat 705 more calories. I'm sure I can find a snack before bed. :)
