Day 3 (it's gonna be the death of me)

So I went and worked out this morning with Andrea. I did 1.1 miles on the elliptical in 15 minutes. Not great but for the first time in 2 years 15 minutes is pretty darn good on the elliptical machine. Then we did arms and I did inner and outer thigh whatever that may be called. I call the machines the yes no machine. I don't know their technical terms but I know that I'm in some pain right about now. haaaaaa. So we worked out for 45 minutes or so total.

Breakfast
carnation instant breakfast 220 calories/10 calories from fat

Water at the gym

Lunch
kiwi 46 calories and 0 calories from fat
Ham sandwich
ham 140 calories/40 calories from fat
bread 200 calories/20 calories from fat
mustard 20 calories/0 calories from fat

snacks at work
raspberry peaches 240 calories/0 calories from fat
2 cups of veggies 50 calories/0 calories from fat

Dinner
New England Crab Soup 80 calories/5 calories from fat

So far my totals for the day are 946 calories and 75 calories from fat.

That leaves me with 809 calories & 276 calories from fat left to go. Looks like I might be able to go to b-dubs and have some naked tenders after all. :)

Well no work out is planned for tomorrow we are going to work out on Thursday and Friday then get ourselves on a M,W,F plan.
