I'm here! I've been doing good with no fast food, aside from the occasional slice of pizza. I've been trying to be more concious of what I'm eating and paying more attention to food labels. I'm very glad for this group, because it makes me accountable. I had tried to swear off fast food on my own before, but failed miserably. I went to the doctor yesterday, and while I didn't lose much weight from my last visit (I didn't gain, though!), my blood pressure is better.
I'm still trying to wake my ass up in the morning to go for a walk, but it's not working out so well. I just cannot get out of bed! Even if I set my alarm, I just turn it off. Sometimes I don't even realize that I turn it off. I did go for a long walk on Sunday in Seven Lakes State Park after I bought a bright orange sweatshirt. But once a week certainly isn't enough.
So, that's where I'm at now.
