Ok, Im back.....calllll it a little mini vacation....I havent been following the rules totally, but I dont deserve to get kicked of the island yet either! I had a slightly emotional weekend so on sunday, I ate like it was my job..... I had pizza and Mcdonalds, yup sure did. I know I have to get back on the horse again though. I'm participating in the biggest loser competition and I've only lost 7lbs. This frustrates me some because I know I've only been 1/2 assin' it...think of what I could have lost had I really been busting some tail! Dropping 7lbs is better than gaining it tho I guess....
