Ok so far so good. Tomorrow is the start of the big diet. Grrr I don't wanna. I know I gotta but I don't wanna. Going on a diet sounds so plain it makes it sound as if my life is going to be bland. But it's only gonna be as bland as I cook it right. So if anyone has any great tasting healthy recipes pass em my way so my life doesn't turn into grey mush.
I was thinking we need to get talking. So lets talk. What exactly is the hardest part about quitting the fast food for you?
For me I think it's a matter of me being lazy. I would always say that it was a matter of time or money. But really it's a matter of me cooking. I'm realizing this, yes there have been times when it would have been so much easier for me to stop through the drive through.
Right now as I type my kid is in front of me making a mouth out of her stomach. So this is something that is going to affect the entire family. We are going to make a concious choice to eat healthy.
So, what is it that brings you here and why is it so tough to stop the fast food?
Breakfast - ham & eggs glass of milk
Lunch - Ham & Provolone sandwich
Dinner - bowl of south beach diet cereal. I love that stuff.
Well hope all is well and everyone is sticking to their guns!
