Ok these are the rules, I guess the right term would be guidelines as this isn't a mandatory thing. The entire object of this is to become healthy. So do what's best for you and your body obviously. This isn't a contest, this is a group of us being here for each other so that we all know that we have someone to lean on if we need it.
I guess the only rule that we have is that we are all here for each other and that we all are going to support one another. Unless of course we see you munching on a big mac then it's game on to get you back on track. :) Other than that any sort of mean spirited harassment will not be tolerated. We are all here for the same reason.

I know that I will not be giving up pizza but it's not something that I eat weekly. Pizza is good every once in a while.
