So much for my posting every night.
Monday
Breakfast - grabbed a cereal bar
Lunch - bean soup
Dinner - more bean soup
Tuesday
Breakfast - Bowl of my cereal
Lunch - chinese
Dinner - haven't really eaten dinner yet still full from chinese
Ok so this is the whole reason for the post. I found this book called choose to lose and it seems like it will be a great help. Instead of not being allowed anything you are allowed whatever you want you just have to watch the calories from fat that you are eating. It gives you an allowance per day of how many fat calories that you are allowed to eat and it tells you how many minimum calories that you have to eat in order to maintain a certain weight. I just started reading it and I'm pretty excited about it. I won't exactly get to start it tomorrow as I have a morning meeting and we are all having to go to Olive Garden for lunch. I'll be getting the soup and salad of course. Only this time with out the cheese. :)
Well if anyone wants to tell me their ideal weight I'll let you know what the book says you should be eating for fat calories. I'm supposed to be eating no more than 351 fat calories a day to be in the "healthy for my height" range.
Here's to hoping. I wanna be hot.
