Well yesterday was the start of this as I just happened to wake up fat and I wasn't happy with it. So I gave up fast food. This is the start of me becoming healthy. I will attempt to do the other things that you need to do to be considered healthy but for now my biggest accomplishment will be to give up fast food and to start cooking/making all my meals. So that will be what I'm focusing on the most right now. So to start off here is what I've been eating. No fast food 2 days in a row! I know for you non fast food diners that sounds ridiculous and I agree it is that's why I'm making a change in my life. So to make myself follow some sort of routine I will be letting you all see what it is that I'm eating and make me responsible for my own actions. I work afternoons right now so my eating schedule is a bit funky on days that I work. My breakfast time could be at lunch and I'll eat lunch foods for breakfast and so on.
Day 1
Breakfast - bowl of cereal & microwave breakfast sandwich
Lunch - Some slices of ham, grapes, carrots. I munched on the carrots all day long.
Dinner - Cup of soup and crackers with cheese
Day 2
Breakfast - I got to sleep in until 10am So I didn't eat until I picked my daughter up from school for lunch. We'll call that breakfast though. I had a grilled ham & cheese sandwich and a bowl of italian wedding soup & a piece of star fruit.
Lunch - 2 home made tacos, a couple of slices of ham and carrots. I ate the carrots all day long for a snack.
Dinner I don't know what I'll eat yet as that will probably be around 11pm. I can't wait till I go to day shift in October. Hopefully that will assist with my mission.
Well I'm realizing that this will be a lot harder than it sounds to be honest with myself and with whomever else reads this about what I'm shoving down my throat.
