Breakfast is a tofu smoothie... so looking forward to that!
Lunch and dinner is 1/2 c. brown rice and steamed veggies. For dinner you can have 3 oz. fish or grilled chicken. Oh, and all the veggie broth you want!!! (Homemade with seeweed! Mmmmm.)
I know it sounds so delish, right? But I lost like 10 lbs in a week on it and lost my sugar cravings (and my appetite).
