Day 9

Ok here is day 9 of FFA. I am down 5 pounds already in 9 freaking days. I guess eating fast food at least once a day 5 days a week really isn't good for you. I've been doing alright not great by any means but alright. I've went for my walk again today. Today I had no one to go with and instead of sitting on my ass which I normally would do I went for the walk, and I went further than I have before. According to CAD it's 2 1/2 miles, I don't know how much I believe that as we know how crappy CAD is but kinda makes me feel good. :) As soon as I get to days I'll be dragging Jamie along with me on night walks and JP or Melissa on lunch time walks. :) So that's where I stand.

Breakfast - bowl of my fantabulous south beach cereal
Lunch - 2 veggie burger patties (no bun, no sauce)
Dinner - bowl of fruit, carrots, & a grape fruit

Odds are I'm gonna snack when I get home but it will probably be some ham slices since I forgot them for my lunch. Fruit just doesn't cut it by itself. I needs me some meaty goodness. :)

It's funny I was starting to freak out because I have to go to training in Troy on Wednesday and everytime I go to training I would just run to Taco Bell all quick like for lunch. So I was freaking out that I would have to eat it and oh man I wouldn't hear the end of it. So I googled the address and found a deli nearby that I can get a lean turkey pastrami sandwich and now I'm so excited.

Tonight is the true test they are ordering from Dairy Queen and I didn't do it. I better be freaking hot by the end of this, if not I'm gonna go all spastic at Taco Bell and DQ. :)
